Cross Street Partners (CSP) is a vertically integrated real estate group focused on impact-driven development and the adaptive reuse of historic, urban properties. Our projects are built on a foundation of neighborhood investment, historic revitalization, environmental sustainability, and strong community partnerships.
With a focus on integrity and a passion for tackling challenging, transformative projects in traditionally underserved communities, our diverse, interdisciplinary team leverages decades of experience across Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management, to serve our own projects and those of our advisory clients.
To Date, Cross Street Partners has delivered 1MM SF and over $500MM in assets to cities like Baltimore, Cambridge MD, and Dayton OH.

The CSP team includes some of the most experienced and respected leaders in executing creative public-private financing strategies for real estate projects – including New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), Opportunity/Enterprise Zone Tax Credits (OZ/EZ), and federal/state Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). By maximizing subsidy and minimizing debt, we can better support our mission-driven projects and clients.

Our Legacy
Cross Street Partners was founded in 2010 by our Principal, Bill Struever, a visionary real estate pioneer who has dedicated his career to finding creative ways to reimagine historic, urban properties. In 1974, Struever founded the Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse (SBER) company. SBER would grow to be one of the largest developers in the country focused on historic preservation and urban revitalization, bringing over 17 MM square feet to market.
From Tide Point, Clipper Mill, to the winking Mr. Boh atop Brewers Hill – the legacy of SBER extends beyond individual projects to community development efforts that have bolstered entire neighborhoods.
Today, Cross Street Partners is dedicated to honoring this legacy and continuing the fight for urban revitalization through sustainable redevelopment. Our team lends decades of experience approaching adaptive reuse projects with passion, creativity, and commitment.
