Nahum Potler

As Assistant Project Manager, Nahum supports Cross Street Partners’ construction and homebuilding divisions in the planning, coordination, and execution of current and future projects. Working alongside project managers, superintendents, and members of the development and construction teams, he helps advance projects from early planning through construction.

Nahum brings 12 years of residential construction experience spanning project management, design, purchasing, and building. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple aspects of the homebuilding process, developing a well-rounded understanding of how thoughtful planning, collaboration, and attention to detail contribute to successful projects.

Much of Nahum’s work has been mission-driven, with an emphasis on creating quality, thoughtfully designed housing that is accessible and affordable to the communities it serves. He values the opportunity to contribute to projects that strengthen neighborhoods and create lasting value for residents and communities.

In addition to his construction experience, Nahum has owned and operated multiple businesses with his family, giving him firsthand experience with the responsibilities of running a business, including day-to-day operations, decision-making, and working with customers, vendors, and team members. This entrepreneurial background, combined with his construction experience, brings a practical and collaborative perspective to his role at Cross Street Partners.
