As Director of Homebuilding, Michael manages the development, construction, and sales of townhome rehabilitations and new construction infill projects. His work has helped guide transformative residential projects including Henderson Crossing, the E. Biddle Street Homes initiative, and the W. North Avenue rehabilitation projects — initiatives focused on revitalizing vacant housing and creating new pathways to homeownership in Baltimore.

Michael brings more than 10 years of business and real estate experience with a background in consulting, sales, and project management. Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Michael oversaw the development and management of commercial projects throughout the DC metro region, recently directing the financing, build-out, and leasing of a multi-tenant office park. He also has experience working on residential remodels and began his career as a middle school math teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Grove City College.
