The Cross Street team has decades of knowledge and experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, Property Management, Leasing and Advisory Services. Cross Street Partners was started in 2010 to re-formulate Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse which began in 1974 and grew to be one of the largest developers in the country focusing on historic preservation and urban revitalization with over 17 million square feet of completed developments.

Cross Street Partners is actively working in Baltimore and Cambridge, MD, Winston-Salem, NC, Durham, NC and Dayton, OH. The firm’s plan in each of these communities knits into the urban fabric to ensure growth and sustainability for the arts, entrepreneurial and broader network of innovators in each market.
Cross Street has key partnerships that propel the mission of neighborhood transformation. Cross Street’s affiliated Community Development Entity, Urban Action Community Development (UACD) has been awarded $273 million in New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation. Cross Street also strategically partners with American Communities Trust (ACT) on projects with a significant community development component.
