As superintendent at Cross Street Partners, Travis plays a pivotal role in managing a variety of construction project’s daily operations. His responsibilities include overseeing every aspect of projects from the initial planning stages all the way to their successful completion. This involves budgeting and scheduling, ensuring that safety, health, and quality standards are strictly adhered to, and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

One of Travis’s notable accomplishments was his key role in bringing the $17.6 million, 60,000 square foot historic Packing House core and shell project to fruition. As part of this buildout, he executed tenant improvement work for two distinct clients. The first, Four Eleven Kitchen, is a 5,300-square-foot shared commercial kitchen that includes innovative features such as general-use and baking pods, fully equipped workstations with hoods, a community classroom kitchen for culinary education, and dedicated areas for dry, cold, and frozen storage. The second client, MERGE, occupies a spacious 16,125-square-foot shared office environment designed for creativity and collaboration. This modern workspace includes 31 private offices, 3 suites, 7 conference rooms, 4 phone rooms, and a large, shared kitchen that fosters community and connection among its tenants.

Currently, Travis is focused on the historic rehabilitation of the Henderson Crossing townhome project in Baltimore, MD. This $25 million endeavor transforms 53 vacant homes into 36 rehabilitated merged townhomes alongside 8 newly constructed homes, contributing to the area’s revitalization.

Before joining the Cross Street Partners team, Travis honed his skills as a finish carpenter at a small, local company in Annapolis. His hands-on experience encompasses a wide array of specialties, including expert tile work, flooring installation, cabinetry design, and a firm grasp of general building practices, all of which enhance his ability to oversee and execute complex construction projects with precision and care.
