Cross Street Partners

As a Development Manager at Cross Street Partners, Donovan leads real estate advisory efforts for nonprofit‑sponsored development projects totaling more than $35 million. His work spans project management, budget oversight, deal structuring, financial modeling, contract negotiation, and real estate due diligence. He played a key role in advancing the Upton Mansion and Springboard Youth Training Center projects through successful predevelopment closings on behalf of Afro Charities and Springboard Community Services.

Before joining Cross Street Partners, Donovan spent three years at Bedrock Detroit as a Community Strategy Associate, where he managed the approval and disbursement process for over $100,000 in charitable contributions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2020 and is an active member of Venture for America and the GIVE Fellowships.

A proud East Baltimore native and Baltimore City College alumnus, Donovan now resides in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore.
