Tracey Bowers

As Director of Asset Management, Tracey Bowers provides strategic oversight and support throughout the full life cycle of Cross Street Partners’ projects. She monitors project performance and works closely with the development team through financial closing, development, and construction, helping to ensure that financial and operational objectives remain on track.

As projects transition from development into operations, Tracey partners with property management teams through lease-up and stabilization, monitoring performance and helping position each property for long-term financial and operational success. She also collaborates closely with CSP’s accounting team to support accurate and timely financial reporting throughout every stage of a project.

Tracey brings extensive experience with New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) transactions and plays an important role in project financing, ongoing compliance, and the successful unwind of complex tax credit structures. Her understanding of both the development and operational sides of real estate allows her to help bridge the transition from project execution to successful long-term asset performance.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Stevenson University.
