Mark Bowman

As Accounting Manager, Mark provides accounting and compliance support for several entities participating in the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program. His responsibilities include financial reporting and ensuring that participating entities meet applicable reporting and compliance requirements. He also supports a variety of asset management activities for properties across the Cross Street Partners portfolio.

Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Mark worked with Blooming Ventures LLC, where he provided similar accounting and compliance services for clients involved in the New Markets Tax Credit program. This experience gave him a strong understanding of the specialized financial reporting and compliance requirements associated with NMTC transactions, which he now brings to his work across CSP’s complex real estate portfolio.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
