Jermaine Fleming

Jermaine brings more than 20 years of experience in accounts receivable management, including billing and invoicing, credit administration, collections, and client relations. Throughout his career, he has focused on streamlining financial processes, building strong relationships, and supporting organizational financial performance. His attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to service contribute to the effective management of CSP’s financial operations.

Outside of work, Jermaine enjoys expressing his creativity through drawing, painting, sculpting, and other artistic pursuits. He also enjoys spending time with his Maltese, Sunny, whether taking daily walks or simply enjoying each other’s company.
