Dawn Kist

As Senior Manager, Dawn oversees financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of development and property management entities. She also plays a key role in managing CSP’s broader financial reporting processes, including accounting for construction operations, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and sound financial management across the organization.

Dawn brings more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience to her role. Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, she spent more than 15 years as Accounting Manager for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, where she managed financial operations and reporting for the firm’s complex real estate development activities. She began her career with a public accounting firm in Baltimore, gaining experience across a broad range of accounting disciplines and establishing the foundation for her career in real estate finance and accounting.

Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Baltimore. Her extensive industry experience, combined with her strong financial background and institutional knowledge, makes her an important resource to both CSP’s accounting team and the organization as a whole.
