Gaby Novark

As Staff Accountant, Gaby supports the financial reporting for Crown Cork & Seal, including both redevelopment activities and ongoing property operations. Her responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements and reporting packages, as well as supporting the accounting operations associated with the development and property management.

Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Gaby spent two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Baltimore, where she performed financial statement audits for clients in the energy, utilities, and resources sector. During her tenure, she developed experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing practices.

A Texas native, Gaby earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. She currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland.
