Molly Pitcher

Director, Construction

As director of the construction division, Molly takes full responsibility for managing all facets of Cross Street Partner’s historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction projects. With a strong track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget, she has proven her capability to oversee every aspect—from foundational work to the final roof installation. This includes precise budgeting, scheduling effective coordination with architects and engineers, collaboration with project contractors, and strategic personnel placement.

Molly has played a pivotal role in the transformation of several award-winning renovations, including Cross Street Partner’s Hoen Lithograph Campus and Henderson Crossing in Baltimore, MD, as well as The Packing House in Cambridge, MD. Molly is currently serving as construction manager for the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis, MD, on the $6 million, 65,000 square foot mechanical upgrade. In addition, she is serving as the owner’s representative for Afro Charities, a non-profit organization, overseeing the $16 million renovation of the historic Upton Mansion, which spans 17,000 square feet. Additionally, she is working as owner’s representative for American Communities Trust (ACT), a non-profit organization, on the $27 million, 36,000 square foot renovation of the Baltimore Pumphouse in Baltimore, MD.

Before her tenure at Cross Street Partner, Molly led the renovation and revitalization of over 40 hotel projects across the United States and the Caribbean, adeptly managing every phase from pre-construction services such as cost estimating to final project closeouts.
