Molly Pitcher
Director, Construction
As director of the construction division, Molly is responsible for managing the overall construction of Cross Street Partner’s historic preservation and adaptive reuse portfolio. Molly has a strong background managing large, complex projects and completing her projects on time and within budget. During her career, Molly has managed all aspects of the project from foundation to roof, budgeting, interaction with architects, engineers, project contractors, and personnel placement. Molly has been the driving force behind the renovation of Cross Street Partner’s award winning Hoen Lithograph Campus and Henderson Crossing in Baltimore, MD and The Packing House in Cambridge, MD.
Prior to joining Cross Street, Molly oversaw the renovation and revitalization of over 40 hotel projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean from pre-construction services including cost estimating to final closeout.
