Director, Construction

As director of the construction division, Molly takes full responsibility for managing all facets of Cross Street Partner’s historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction projects. With a strong track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget, she has proven her capability to oversee every aspect—from foundational work to the final roof installation. This includes precise budgeting, effective coordination with architects and engineers, collaboration with project contractors, and strategic personnel placement.

Molly has played a pivotal role in the transformation of several award-winning renovations, including Cross Street Partner’s Hoen Lithograph Campus and Henderson Crossing in Baltimore, MD, as well as The Packing HouseThe Packing House in Cambridge, MD. She is currently collaborating with Afro Charities, a dedicated non-profit organization, serving as their owner’s representative for the $16 million renovation of the historic Upton Mansion, a 17,000-square-foot project in Baltimore, MD.

Before her tenure at Cross Street Partner, Molly led the renovation and revitalization of over 40 hotel projects across the United States and the Caribbean, adeptly managing every phase from pre-construction services such as cost estimating to final project closeouts.
