As the Property Management Coordinator at the Crown Cork & Seal property, Rachel oversees leases and contracts, tenant relations, vendor communications, recordkeeping, and accounting coordination to ensure accurate invoicing and billing, along with a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Before joining Cross Street Partners, Rachel held the same role for nearly 15 years with the former owners of the Crown property. Prior to that, she worked at Community Assistance Network, a nonprofit organization, where she provided client support, managed administrative tasks, and ultimately led the accounting department—handling accounts payable and receivable, payroll, client emergency checks, and assisting with annual audits.

Rachel brings extensive experience in property management and nonprofit administration, combining organizational expertise with a strong commitment to client and tenant service.
