Cross Street Partners

As the Marketing and Community Partnerships Manager for Cross Street Partners, Megan coordinates with the Dayton Arcade’s tenants, stakeholders, and the public to foster a vibrant community in and around the Dayton Arcade. As a native Daytonian, this mission is particularly important to her. She leads the Arcade’s marketing initiatives, nurtures essential community partnerships, and supports the Arcade development team with leasing and fundraising efforts.

Megan has a background in education, having earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree from the American College of Education. She also holds an Ohio Real Estate Salesperson license and was recognized in the University of Dayton Alumni Association’s “10 Under 10” Alumni Class of 2025.

In addition to her role at Cross Street Partners, Megan is a certified Irish dance teacher with the Ireland-based organization CLRG. She teaches dance classes at the Dwyer School of Irish Dance in Centerville, serves on the national board of the Collegiate Irish Dance Association, and coaches the University of Dayton Irish Dance Team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son.
