Associate, Development
As Development Associate at Cross Street Partners, Andrew plays a pivotal role in supporting the development team through various stages of project execution, including financing, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing. Currently his focus lies in the redevelopment initiatives of the historic Phillips Packing House in Cambridge, MD, and the transformation of properties at 1001 and 1007 S Marshall St. in Winston-Salem, NC.
Before joining Cross Street Partners, Andrew gained valuable experience working briefly as an architect, where he honed his design skills. He then transitioned to a four-year tenure as an Estimator and Project Manager at Evans Builders, a respected general contractor in Salisbury, MD, where he oversaw various construction projects and refined his expertise in project management.
A proud native of Gaithersburg, MD, Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Sustainability from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he developed a strong foundation in principles of design and environmental consciousness.
Andrew is deeply passionate about urban planning, historic preservation, and promoting sustainable design practices that enhance community livability and environmental responsibility. He enjoys residing in the vibrant Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, where he can immerse himself in the city’s rich history and dynamic culture.
