Associate, Development
Julian dedicates his time at Cross Street Partners primarily to supporting the Crown Cork & Seal redevelopment project, helping the project through entitlements, financing, design, construction, and long-term strategy. Julian also supports the Car Barn project and plays an active role in advancing Cross Street’s legislative priorities.
Before joining Cross Street Partners, Julian worked as a project manager at Lorax Partnerships, consulting on sustainability strategy and leading clients through the LEED certification process. Concurrently, Julian was a leading local advocate for housing reforms in Baltimore City, especially the bill legalizing single-stair buildings up to 6 stories (25-0062), signed into law in November 2025. As the Baltimore Representative on the board of the Congress for the New Urbanism Mid-Atlantic Chapter, Julian engages the public through urban planning-related events, including a symposium on expressway removal and the future of the Jones Falls Expressway in April 2026.
Julian holds a bachelor degree in urban studies and history from Haverford College, where he wrote two undergraduate theses about Nantes, France — one on the politics of postwar reconstruction, and the other on public consultation processes in the Ile de Nantes brownfield redevelopment project.
