Cross Street Partners’ role was to add insulation to the original factory ceilings, replace, seal and reglaze all the original steel windows, paint all walls and ceilings and coordinate timing for all stages of renovation. Alternate scopes of the project, handled by Baltimore Museum of Industry, was to have old lighting replaced with newer, more efficient lighting, have carpet replaced and add solar film and roller shades to all windows.
