The $6.5MM redevelopment restored the vacant 18,500 SF building into a community-owned asset, which over the years has housed car dealerships, restaurants, a dancing academy, and two iconic Baltimore nightclubs. To compliment the creative and synergistic energy that is characteristic of the Station North Arts and Entertainment District.

Robbins Dancing’s tenant-mix includes the following tenants:

Arts for Learning Maryland– The most far-reaching arts in education nonprofit in Maryland. Each year, Arts for Learning partners with hundreds of schools and community organizations in all 24 Maryland school districts to provide students—from pre-K to grade 12—with over 230,000 hours of discovery, inspiration, and hands-on learning and engagement through the arts.

• Code in the Schools – Empowers Baltimore City youth to thrive in the 21st century economy by expanding access to quality computer science education and building pathways from school to jobs and higher education. By focusing on youth traditionally under-represented in technology fields, they work to eliminate structural barriers and inequities in education and industry.
