Four Eleven Kitchen is a pioneering shared-use commercial kitchen dedicated to empowering, elevating, and nurturing a dynamic community of food entrepreneurs in Cambridge and the greater Mid-shore Region. Powered by the non-profit organization Beat The Rush Delivery (BTR), Four Eleven Kitchen is committed to fostering a sustainable food economy that thrives within the local marketplace.

Four Eleven Kitchen envisions a vibrant space where diverse culinary concepts and aspiring food entrepreneurs can flourish. The facility is designed with user-friendliness in mind, creating an inviting atmosphere that offers direct access to an abundance of fresh, locally sourced ingredients for the community.

Spanning an impressive 5,300 square feet, the kitchen features a variety of specialized areas to accommodate the unique production needs of our users, including:

– General Use & Baking Pods, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for both novice and professionals
– Full Workstations with Hoods designed for high-efficiency cooking and food preparation
– A Community Classroom Kitchen, complete with full workstations, where culinary enthusiasts can learn, teach, and share their passion for food
– Dedicated Dry, Cold, and Frozen Storage areas to ensure that ingredients are preserved and readily available for all culinary creations

With these state-of-the-art facilities, Four Eleven Kitchen aims to be a catalyst for innovation and collaboration in the local food industry, ultimately contributing to a thriving regional food economy.
