Cross Street Partners, Apex Building Company, and City Life Historic Properties are developing nine townhomes located on the 2200 block of E. Biddle Street through Baltimore City’s Vacants to Value program.

The home interiors will be demolished and renovated into for-sale homes that will appeal to families and individuals who want to live and work within the community. These 1,200 SF, 3-level, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom units, with finished basements, will be available in 2024. All townhomes will have backyards and private parking. All homes will meet Energy Star requirements.
