Cross Street Partners, Apex Building Company, and City Life Historic Properties are partnering to develop nine townhomes on the 2200 block of E. Biddle Street, as part of Baltimore City’s Vacants to Value program.

These homes are being thoughtfully renovated to provide comfortable and stylish living spaces for families and individuals who wish to be part of a vibrant community. Each townhome will offer 1,200 square feet of space spread across three levels, featuring two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and finished basements. These exceptional townhomes, which will include
backyards and private parking, are expected to hit the market in 2024. Additionally, all homes will meet Energy Star requirements.
