Cross Street Partners

As Property Manager, William is responsible for the day-to-day operations and facilities management support of Cross Street Partners’ Baltimore properties. William also serves as our CNI Community Manager at the Hoen Lithograph Campus, a representative to help build community awareness and support in East Baltimore.

Outside of the professional realm, William is a self-published author of three novels. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Environmental Design at Morgan State University and a Master of Real Estate Development from University of Maryland, College Park.
