Development Accounting Manager
As the Development Accounting Manager, Tracey collaborates with the development team on financing adaptive reuse properties, with a particular focus on New Market and Historic Tax Credits. Tracey expertly maintains an integrated overview of all active properties and investments, ensuring that the financial aspects are well-aligned with strategic goals.
Additionally, Tracey works closely with the property management team to assist in setting up property accounting records and lease administration. She also supports the creation of operating budgets and helps manage cash flow until stabilization is achieved.
Ms. Bowers is always ready to lend her knowledge and skills across all CSP development and property management initiatives, providing essential support wherever it is needed.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stevenson University.
