Development Accounting Manager
As Development Accounting Manager, Tracey works with the development team on the financing of adaptive reuse properties with special emphasis on New Market and Historic Tax Credits. She also provides support on financial modeling and projections, assists with the financial closing process, reviews and records transactions, manages cost certifications with 3rd party accountants, and reviews development draws.
In addition, Tracey works closely with the property management team to assist with the initial setup of property accounting records, lease administration, provides support in creating the Operating Budgets and assists with the management cash flow through stabilization.
Ms. Bowers provides support as needed across all CSP development and property management properties. Tracey’s Maryland properties include the Hoen Lithograph Campus, in East Baltimore and the Packing House in Cambridge. She is also responsible for the Arcade District in Dayton, Ohio.
Tracey has a B.S. in Accounting from Stevenson University.
