Tracey serves as Director of Asset Management, providing oversight and support throughout the full life cycle of each project. She consistently evaluates project performance while working closely with development staff through financial closing and the development and construction phases. As properties transition into operations, Tracey partners with property management through stabilization to ensure strong, healthy performance metrics, and collaborates with accounting staff to support accurate financial reporting at every stage.

With extensive experience in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) transactions, Tracey plays a critical role in project financing, compliance, and the successful unwind of tax credit structures.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stevenson University.
