Superintendent
Niall serves as a superintendent at Cross Street Partners, where he plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on a variety of construction projects. He is dedicated to seeing that all projects progress smoothly and efficiently, adhering to strict timelines, budgetary constraints, and high-quality standards. In his role, he manages the project workforce, coordinates with subcontractors, and prioritizes the maintenance of rigorous safety protocols on-site.
Currently, Niall is at the helm of the much-needed mechanical upgrade for the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, a $5.5 million, 34,630 square feet building in Annapolis, MD. This comprehensive project entails the removal of the aging steam boiler and radiator heating system and replacing it with state-of-the-art Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and air conditioning system ensuring improved air quality and comfort for all users of the space.
Prior to joining the Cross Street Partners team, Niall enhanced his skills and gained valuable experience working on a diverse array of commercial and residential construction projects in Boston, MA and New York, NY. This background has equipped him with a profound understanding of the industry and the complexities involved in delivering successful projects.
