Cross Street Partners

As Development Coordinator for Cross Street Partners in Dayton, Mindi assists with day-to-day operations support, marketing, and community programming, including coordinating the non-profit Friends of the Dayton Arcade (FODA). Highly collaborative, she works directly with partners, community members, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of Dayton-area CSP projects.

Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Mindi was Director of Operations for the LoDo District, Inc. of Denver, Colorado, where she coordinated historic preservation and community building efforts in Denver’s oldest neighborhood and helped maintain and preserve over 127 historic structures including the largest collection of early 20th century warehouses in the United States. She currently volunteers as a board member for Preservation Dayton, Inc. and serves as Vice President for the Dayton View Triangle Federation.
