As an accomplished accounting professional, Melissa is responsible for CSP’s accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions. Ms. Wagner also handles the economic inclusion documentation and management to ensure that minority partnership requirements for Henderson Crossing are met. In addition, Melissa serves as CSP’s office manager and IT coordinator.
