As carpenter foreman, Marquis works with the home building division to renovate historic and build new construction homes.  Marquise’s responsibilities include, but not limited to, perform rough and finish carpentry, painting, drywall, and masonry repair; assist the project manager and superintendent with the management of on-site activities to meet the project schedule and maintain quality control. In addition, he will manage trades, work with labor forces, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure the project is running on budget and on time.

Prior to joining the CSP family, Marquis worked as a carpenter for a carpentry company based in Washington, DC.
