As project manager, Mr. Hill handles the day-to-day management of employee and sub-contract operations on various project sites. Jamie is a broadly respected construction professional with over 35 years of experience. Mr. Hill has a strong background in supervising complex, historic renovations. He is experienced in dealing with clients, constructing and performing punch out duties to ensure client satisfaction. He excels in coordinating sub-contract workers to keep within budgets while maintaining high quality performance. He is experienced in managing all aspects of the job from foundation to roof including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundation and site work. During his career he has handled the responsibility for the expenditure of resources, daily liaison with the estimating departments on value engineering issues, budget allocation for materials, evaluation, and placement of personnel as well as the frequent and detailed interface with architects, engineers, project contractors, and site management to resolve issues.
