With more than 25 years of experience in the accounting field, Ms. Kist has built a robust career marked by her expertise and leadership. Prior to her tenure at Cross Street Partners, she dedicated over 15 years as the accounting manager for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, where she was instrumental in managing financial operations and reporting. Her career began at a public accounting firm in Baltimore, Maryland, where she gained foundational experience in a variety of accounting practices.
Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and went on to obtain a Master’s in Finance from the University of Baltimore, equipping her with a strong academic background that complements her extensive professional experience in the industry.
