As Maintenance Technician at the Crown property, Kenny plays a key role in the daily operations and upkeep of the campus. He assists with preventive maintenance, handles building repairs, and supports the engineering team to ensure all systems and spaces remain safe, efficient, and fully functional.

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry—and over a decade with Crown Associates before transitioning to Cross Street Partners—Kenny continues to contribute his expertise to successful projects and campus operations.

His background includes several years in the Union, where he completed a comprehensive apprenticeship program and served as a foreman. He has also owned and operated a drywall and painting company, gaining hands-on leadership and business management experience. In addition, Kenny has worked as a subcontractor for various home improvement companies, further broadening his technical skills and industry knowledge.
