Cross Street Partners

As Facilities Manager, John has worked at the Crown property for more than 20 years—first with Crown Associates and now with Cross Street Partners. He oversees all aspects of campus maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, and overall building operations. John manages the on-site maintenance crew and works closely with vendors and contractors to ensure the property remains well-maintained and running efficiently. He also responds to emergencies and maintenance issues as they arise.

Prior to joining Crown Associates, John served as Director of Facilities for the Archdiocese Corporation of Roman Catholic Clergies, where he held similar responsibilities overseeing building systems and contractor relations.

A Baltimore native, John graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and went on to study at the Community College of Baltimore, the University of Maryland, and Towson State University, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
