Rachel Gabay
Portfolio Accountant
As Portfolio Accountant, Rachel oversees financial reporting and recordkeeping for the Crown Cork & Seal Redevelopment and Springboard projects, including management of tenant ledgers and lease administration. She analyzes equity settlements, grant agreements, and loan documents to ensure accurate accounting and compliance. In addition to preparing financial reports, Rachel leads project-related financial assignments and coordinates annual audit and tax processes in collaboration with external CPA firms.
Before joining CSP, Rachel served as a Senior Accountant at Enterprise Community Partners, where she managed corporate accounting for a vertically integrated LIHTC organization operating across both new and established markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University and is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Tax and Advisory Services.
