As a Staff Accountant, Dana maintains financial records for the construction, development, and property management of Marshall Amenity Center, 411 Dorchester, Upton Mansion, North Avenue Market, and other entities. In addition to recording transactions and maintaining ledgers, he prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports. He also manages draw submissions and oversees the timing of collections from various sources.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance. Before joining Cross Street Partners, he held similar roles in the medical and commercial real estate sectors. As a native of Baltimore City, he brings a local perspective to his work.
