Community Manager
Valerie Davis is a dedicated Baltimorean with a passion for community development and economic growth. Growing up with a mother in politics, she was instilled with a strong sense of civic duty from a young age. Beginning her career in public housing, Valerie is well-versed in property management, ranging from residential to Commercial Real Estate, with a specialization in industrial asset management.
Valerie’s vision is to break down barriers between communities by increasing access to art, technology, transportation, healthcare, and green spaces. She believes that a strong community is built on connections, not zip codes. By working closely with tenants and businesses, Valerie aims to foster a more inclusive and vibrant Baltimore. Valerie is a sitting board member of the City Center Residents’ Association and a partner at Phlote Music Co. Valerie earned her BA in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Southern California and her MBA from the University of Baltimore, with a specialization in Real Estate and Economic Development.
