As Senior Accountant, Ryan manages financial records for the development and property management of The Dayton Arcade, Hoen Lithograph Campus, and The Packing House. He takes charge of preparing and posting tenant billings, calculating and reconciling Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges, and conducting thorough reviews of the monthly financials. Ryan assists property management with budget-to-actual variance analysis. Furthermore, he is responsible for delivering monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, as well as effectively reading, interpreting, and summarizing leases, loan documents, and operating agreements.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. Prior to Cross Street he worked in similar roles in the medical technology and commercial HVAC industries. A Maryland native, Ryan currently lives in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore.
