Cross Street Partners and Clipper Construction have joined forces to transform 18 existing rowhomes into a vibrant mix of eight twin units and two single-unit rowhomes. These renovations are thoughtfully crafted to provide welcoming and stylish living spaces for families and individuals eager to immerse themselves in a community atmosphere.

The renovation process will involve completely gutting the existing homes while preserving the classic brick shell, which will serve as the foundation for the new constructions. Each completed twin unit will have 1,793 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, spread across two levels. Homeowners can enjoy the flexibility of 3 or 4 spacious bedrooms, and the convenience of two and a half modern bathrooms, all designed to enhance comfort and functionality.

The single-unit rowhomes will present 990 square feet of living space, also distributed over two levels, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. To further elevate the appeal of these homes, each unit will include a spacious, low-maintenance backyard with a durable concrete patio, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

In addition to the innovative housing solutions, part of the project will involve the demolition of three existing townhomes. This will pave the way for the creation of two dedicated parking areas, ensuring that residents have convenient access to their vehicles while contributing to the overall functionality of the community.
