Cross Street Partners

As a Development Associate at Cross Street Partners, Andrew assists the development team with financing, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing for CSP’s development projects. Andrew is primarily engaged with the redevelopment of Phillips Packing House in Cambridge, MD and 1001/1007 S Marshall St. in Winston-Salem, NC. A Gaithersburg native, Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Sustainability from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Prior to joining CSP, Andrew worked briefly as an architect followed by a 4-year tenure as an Estimator and Project Manager at Evans Builders, a general contractor in Salisbury, MD. Andrew is passionate about urban planning, historic preservation, and sustainable design. Andrew lives in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore.
