Jhonatan Feria
Staff Accountant
As Staff Accountant, Jhonatan is responsible for the financial reporting of various CSP’s development and property management properties including the Hoen Lithograph Campus, 1103 N. Washington, Biddle Street Homes, The Justice Thurgood Marshall Amenity Center, CVE Retail, and others.
Prior to joining the CSP team, Jhonatan worked at Marcum LLP, a local CPA firm. Mr. Feria earned a BS degree in Financial Economics from University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC). While at UMBC, he was a member of the University’s accounting club. When not at work, Jhonatan handles the finances of his father’s construction company and volunteers as a video/sound technician at church.
