Donovan Taylor
Associate, Development
As a Development Associate at Cross Street Partners, Donovan assists the development team with entitlements, financing, design, construction, and leasing for CSP’s development projects and for real estate and financial advisory clients. Furthermore, Donovan is responsible for leading initiatives to improve the efficiency of workflows on the development team.
Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Donovan worked at Bedrock Detroit for 3 years as a Community Strategy Associate. Donovan has a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University. Donovan lives in the Ednor Gardens – Lakeside neighborhood of Baltimore.
