Chief Engineer
As Chief Building Engineer, Nick oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all buildings within Cross Street Partners’ portfolio, spanning Baltimore and Cambridge in Maryland, and Dayton, Ohio. He is responsible for managing the building engineering staff and ensuring that all systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably across multiple sites.
Nick directs preventive maintenance programs, performs complex building and systems repairs, and provides technical leadership to the engineering team. His steady expertise helps ensure that all spaces remain safe, functional, and comfortable for tenants, staff, and visitors.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Nick supports CSP’s construction team when unexpected challenges arise, offering on-the-ground problem solving and technical insight. He also plays a key role during project transitions, working closely with the development team as newly completed buildings are turned over to property management.
With his broad experience, hands-on approach, and strong leadership, Nick is central to maintaining the high performance and integrity of CSP’s diverse property portfolio.
