As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Cross Street Partners, Kathy oversees the management of employee’s compensation and benefits programs. Kathy ensures that employee payroll and benefit payment complies with state and federal laws and regulations. In addition, she manages and administers employee benefits and retirement programs, including researching healthcare plans, evaluating the benefits and costs of wellness programs, and evaluating job positions for classification and salary requirements.

In addition, Kathy serves as Construction Services Specialist and is responsible for the administration of Cross Street Partners construction projects, including all AIA Owner Contract Agreements, subcontract agreements and insurance, submittals and certified payrolls.
